After more than a decade leading software delivery across the UK, Europe, and Africa, I built Altioris Technologies to offer something different structured, senior-led offshore engineering that operates as a true extension of a client’s internal team. Altioris exists to give growing companies access to capable, stable development teams without sacrificing communication, quality, or accountability.

My background is not theoretical. I’ve spent my career inside delivery teams, building platforms, managing engineers, and working directly with clients to turn technical work into commercial results.This hands-on experience is the foundation of Altioris. Why Offshore — and Why Differently
